I ordered a spice bag for my daughter, which she enjoyed. However, the Thai basil chicken I ordered was awful. It contained pineapple, mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, and a tasteless spicy sauce with no basil in sight. The dish was far from authentic Thai cuisine. When I called to complain, I was told that's how they make it. I believe the chef could use some more training. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I ordered a spice bag for delivery from this restaurant. The woman on the phone said my order was ready, but I didn't understand her use of the word "gobbling." When I asked her to clarify, all she said was "honk." Despite the confusion, the spice bag was delicious.

I order from them frequently and have never been disappointed. They may be short on staff because it takes some time to get to my door, but getting on the phone with them is difficult which frustrates me a little. Overall, I can't complain much, only those two things.

A Sea Palace customer for over 25 years which says it all. However last Saturday ordered a chicken sweet sour Cantonese which was the worst meal ever, the chicken was inedible not even a knife would cut through it.
