Listen! As someone who works alongside contractors, I truly believe that excellent customer service is the foundation of a successful business. Let me tell you, not only was the food amazing—so good it could make you want to call your mom and grandmother—but the customer service was outstanding. It was hands down the best experience I've had! From the moment we walked in until the time we left, we were met with smiles and a cheerful atmosphere. Thank you!

This is a fantastic restaurant with amazing burgers, delicious fries, and an impressive menu. It’s a perfect example that you don’t need wagyu beef to make a great burger. The brioche buns are excellent. I’m not sure what the secret seasoning is on the fries, but I absolutely loved it. They also offer freshly made juices and lemonade. If you get the chance, definitely try the burgers or any of the other tasty dishes!

The burgers at this bistro tucked away in a shopping center near Western Branch Blvd were satisfactory. The staff was friendly, which was a plus. However, the food was served in paper boats, and the condiments like mayo and mustard came in packets, while the soda was in a can. As someone who enjoys pickles on their burgers, I was surprised to find that they cost an extra $0.70 for just five pieces (and they were real pickles!). Our lunch for two totaled $36, which included a portion of banana pudding. Thankfully, I wasn't charged for a cup of ice. Overall, I believe the experience could be greatly enhanced with just a bit more effort.

This was my 2nd visit to Gourmet Burger Bistro and it was absolutely amazing! The food is so good, seasoned well and the owner/staff was impeccable. Definitely my number #1 Spot! Great job!

Location is not visible from the street, and I am happy about that (selfish of me). Feels like my own place to get great juicy tasting hamburgers, crab cakes, AND ÷ GOOD FRIES. Goodness, I don't know what is on those fries, but they seasoned wonderfully. Looking forward to the Sunday Brunch. Pricing is reasonable . Ordering online is easy. Place order, they call you, and you pick up. Love it!!!!
