Bakers Kitchen - Portsmouth

Had a nice weekend at Bakers Bar Kitchen. Had a lovely pizza on the Saturday and a roast followed by a pudding on the Sunday, which was also superb. A beautiful old building with a great atmosphere. A big shout out to the staff who were great, and in particular; Abbey, who went above and beyond. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arrived. No bar staff 15min wait for an appearance. Food subject to chefs rest break and 45 mins anyway. Huge but empty . Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great location and full of character. Service was very slow though. We were the only table there so was surprised to wait so long! It messed up our time to visit a museum afterwards. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I haven't tried the food here but a nice pub by the water, a good assortment of beers and cocktails, they also have the football on here in season. Definitely good for anyone interested in sports! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
