Bidra med feedbackI waited 40 minutes for my order. It took a very long time to cook one frying pan of “meat”. In the end, they wrapped it up with them. Was my first time with them and never set foot there again. Disgusting. I left hungry...... the most important thing was the empty hall.
We were here for the first time in 2014. We left full and satisfied. That same year, my mother was on an excursion, she went there specifically, picked up some pies and brought them to us. Again everyone was full and happy. Today I came with my daughter, took a walk and, of course, went here for lunch. They left angry and hungry. First of all, there are no pies. Simply no. I got one piece of cherry. For three persons. To order only for another day. We were left without pies at a place called pie shop . Okay, so be it. Secondly, the hot dishes took more than 40 minutes to cook, including pancakes with seasoning. While we were waiting, we had to eat sweet pie. And around people they bring food, but not to us... Okay, we’re waiting. Thirdly, they brought pancakes to the child. Hooray! Probably delicious. We didn 't try it because the pancakes weren 't the same. The child ordered with cheese, but they brought it with mushrooms. Well, my child doesn’t eat mushrooms, he doesn’t like them. The dish was returned. They said that I would redo it in about 20 minutes.. Great, right? As a result, we canceled the order, paid for what we ate and left. The waiter came up and asked if we were in a hurry, because our main course had already been put into the oven. After 40 minutes of waiting they put it in the oven? You know, if they hadn’t put pressure, but simply apologized and offered a compliment from the establishment, they probably would have stayed. And 100% would have remained if the child had been brought the ordered pancakes. Of course, we would sit and wait for our hot food while the child ate.. There are no pies in the pie shop, they take a long time to prepare... Probably, when you come on weekdays, everything is fine, but when people go for a walk, it’s sad, gentlemen! Keep this in mind when choosing this establishment. Happy New Year! All the best!
A very cozy cafe in the very center of Sergiev Posad, 100 meters from the White Pond and 300 meters from the Trinity Sergius Lavra. An ideal place for a tasty and reasonably priced snack after visiting the local attractions, which are just in the center of everything and concentrated. The cafe is very small there are only a dozen or two seats, it is decorated in the style of a la a merchant 's house of the early XX century traditional for township tourist outlets all sorts of samovars, bagels, various antiques. They really create an entourage, but, unfortunately, neither the kitchen, nor the selection of musical compositions, nor the clothes of the staff, nor the utensils, nor anything else, this entourage is supported and therefore looks divorced from what is happening. The cuisine is European and Central Russian (pies, soups, salads, hot dishes), from foreign dishes only the ubiquitous pizza and a few pastas. They cook fast enough (except when it 's sold out but this happens infrequently) and quite tasty. The prices are reasonable and the portions are adequate for the price. There is also beer, wine and spirits. By the way, you can bring alcohol with you just pay a corkage fee. The room is clean, fresh, the staff is friendly but not always quick witted (I think it affects the high turnover of staff). You can pay the bill both in cash and by bank cards. But there is no possibility to leave a tip in a non cash way this is a minus. Another negative is the toilet. It is very clean, fresh, but so tiny that it will be very difficult for even one medium sized adult to turn around in it. And if you went there with a child, then get ready to show miracles of flexibility even just to wash your hands. Another disadvantage is the lack of a normal entrance for people with disabilities. The cafe itself is located on the ground floor, there are no ramps to go down. There is a parking nearby, quite large (the cafe is located in the building of the Central Department Store), but still during peak hours (or when some suspicious fair of Belarusian goods is placed in the parking lot), it can be difficult to park a car. Bicycle parking is also provided. In the summer, a street veranda is put up and it is quite comfortable even despite the proximity of the parking lot and the main transport artery of Sergiev Posad Red Army Avenue. The main thing is that the weather does not disappoint.
Delicious food at a reasonable price. The pleasant waitresses are very polite and attentive. The menu offers a variety of options. There's an outdoor patio for summer dining and a spacious indoor area as well.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service from the cheerful waitress Diana was great. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
