Applebee's - Pottstown

I ordered a rare steak. The server was quite hectic, forgetting utensils and not returning to check on us. We ended up having to flag down our lunch.

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if I could. After ordering, I received a text asking if I was on my way, prompting us to rush over. When I replied that we were on our way, I got another message telling us to hurry. The order was supposed to be ready by 6:45, but it's now 7:15 and a disgruntled employee finally brought out our food. I regret giving her a 10% tip. Stay away from this place; they're disorganized and quick to blame the customers.

The food was outstanding! We tried the Tacosburger for the first time, and you absolutely have to experience it. It was incredibly light and melted in my mouth. I was genuinely surprised by how delicious it was!

Bartender was alone and busy, super beautiful and attentively superior. Id give 5 stars only in service, and my food was great. I have the salmon court. But my camp was flat, thought it might be just that I got a Jack and coke and the coke was flat. Otherwise beautiful place, maybe just drink alcohol when you go lol

Ordered a 2 for 22 fiesta chicken and side salad. Side salad smelled a bit rotten so didn't eat it, the fiesta chicken was way over cooked was just like a piece of rubber. And the rice that came with it was under cooked and crunchy. Don't waste your hard earned money on sub par food. I let door dash know.
