Arby's - Pottstown

Surprising good gyros! Who would have thought that a fast food place would make a good gyro. Arby's just made my trip fav.

There was a long line in drive thru however when I pulled up it took a long time to get food. Seems like they were playing around and laughing alot. Don't know if that contributed to delay or not but my daughter who was in car in front of me received 2 wrong sandwiches. They were not happy since they didn't like what they got.

I had never been to Arby’s before, but after my first experience, I will definitely be returning to this specific location. The food was great, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service provided by an employee named Latisha. She was polite, patient, and efficient, and even though she wore a mask, her smile shone through. Latisha made our visit truly enjoyable and was the happiest person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Well done, Latisha! She deserves a raise!

This fast food chain deserves a solid 4.5 rating, especially when it comes to their mac and cheese!

Great experience at Arby's! I've visited this location several times over the past decade, and it's consistently delivered. I've mostly dined in, and I'm pleased to see that they still offer indoor seating despite COVID. They also have a nice variety of diet sodas. I encountered no issues with the food or service, and the bathroom was clean.
