Red Lobster - Pottstown

Cameron was an excellent server! He was very attentive and friendly, making our holiday experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, especially the duck tails and lobster.

We gathered a group of six to celebrate a birthday—four kids and two adults. Three of the kids ordered the peach smoothies, while one had the sunset strawberry smoothie, and they were all absolutely delicious! The birthday twins shared the ultimate feast, which included lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp, and fried shrimp, along with two sides. I shared the seafarers' feast with the youngest kid, featuring lobster tail, sea slap, garlic shrimp, and baked shrimp, also with two sides. My partner opted for the Cajun chicken Alfredo, and the other boy chose the Kung Pao noodles with shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection. Since it was a Monday afternoon, the restaurant wasn’t too busy. While the service was a bit slow, we had a group of six, and it’s understandable that staffing is still affected by COVID. Our waitress was fantastic—friendly and accommodating to all the children. All the staff were wearing masks and following COVID precautions diligently.

Meal and service was very good. We had the Ultimate Feast and the Seafarers Feast. Both were delicious, and the only difference between the two parties were the crab claws on one against scallops on the other.

I stopped here for birthday dinner. Korri B. was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She also showed professionalism in her position. She was very busy on our table along with a few more and also a table of 10. Korri informed us when we were thinking that she had a lot of tables and she apologized when she lasted too long. Despite all the tables she had to manage, we got our drinks and food in time. She answered all our questions about the menus and options we tried to choose. She recommended the Salmon New Orleans, which is shown in this review. Your recommendations were on the point, she knows exactly what she is talking about and can help you find the taste you are looking for.
