Amazing coffee, but I just had a bad experience with service today. The woman with lots of tattoos gave me big attitude when I asked her to add more milk to my latte this morning. I know exactly where the 16oz mark in my personal cup is (measured it carefully at home), and she served me a grande size one inch shy. Paying nearly $8 for a drink, I should get short changed by that much, especially after having already given a $2 tip. She said she measured it on her end and that it was correct, and with major attitude put more in. I have been a customer for nearly five years and have never had an experience like this. Her moods are volatile… sometimes good, sometimes not at all, but I shouldn’t have to deal with that. I won’t be going there again. There are more friendly options out there!

There's two very passive-aggressive baristas here. I felt like I had inconvenienced them by ordering food and drinks. Weirdest experience I've had at a drive thru coffee stand ever! Two stars for service since one was nice/friendly, the others were bad. Won't be back on that alone.Breakfast sausage is heavily herbed and really overpowers the food. Coffee was half full, and neither of us could do more than a few sips. Wish I had spent $60+ elsewhere.

Messed up my order (White Chocolate Mocha), asked nicely for them to fix it because the flavor wasn’t even mixed in. The barista asked if I wanted it sweeter, I said no just that the powder wasn’t mixed in properly, it was clumping up at the bottom. She then said “I’m not trying to argue with you, I’m just asking if you want it sweeter.” Ended up giving me another coffee and it still tasted bad.In general, they have decent coffee, however every single time I’ve been there, the service has been lackluster. The baristas come off as passive aggressive, the prices for coffee are kinda high, overall left feeling unimpressed by the whole experience.

Exceptionally good coffee! We stopped on a whim on our way out to the Peninsula and have been talking about how good the coffee is for half an hour now. Our new go to place in Poulsbo!
