Little Caesars Pizza - Poway

This place is a disappointment. The lobby was poorly lit, which made it difficult for the staff to function effectively. They struggled to handle even the simple task of making a pizza, which should be second nature in this line of work. After spending more than a day here, I definitely won’t be returning to this location or any other Little Caesars. I would even want a refund. 0 stars.

The order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 30 while an employee chatted with another about personal matters. This used to be one of my favorite places, but it has really gone downhill. The sausage on the pizza was burnt. I won't be returning after visiting every week before.

The secret to Little Caesars is to never overcook the pizza. The bread is fantastic, provided it’s cooked just right, and they excel at preparing it fresh and soft.

Food is fine, but service is absolutely terrible. The place is underoccupied and the workers are overwhelmed. Ordering on the app and pizza has not been 40 minutes after the estimated time. It happened several times.

Ordered crazy bread at 4:33 p.m...everyone else got their food and I ordered first. It is now 4:54 p.m. They really need to do whoever ordered first.
