Pho Ca Dao Grill - Poway

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. It took a long time for someone to take my order, and the young servers appeared confused when I asked for pho with rare steak. Instead of clarifying, they seemed to encourage my choice, which was quite strange. Additionally, when I paid, the man at the counter was very rude. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

We waited quite a while for our drinks, which never arrived, so we had to remind them. To top it off, my sister was given a Sprite instead of the lemonade we ordered. It turned out that the waiter had mistakenly written down Sprite and didn’t hear us ask for lemonade. The food was good, but after this experience, I'm hesitant about dining here again in the future.

I decided to stop by after noticing several locations in the area. I figured that if they had multiple restaurants, they must be doing something right—and I was correct! The food was excellent and incredibly fresh. The salad and tomatoes in the chicken salad tasted like they had just been picked from the field. The sauces accompanying the salad and grilled pork were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back!

This place is one of my family favorite places to eat with my family here on the Poway for delicious food and great service as well. My children love this place so much and cannot get enough of it. The only place in this place is the bathroom, but the service is fantastic.

The ambience and decor were beautiful if you appreciate little details. We were seated immediately and service was excellent. Food is good, average I would say. The robotic server was super cool and was the highlight of our dinner. Nice location with ample parking.
