Papa Johns Pizza - Powder Springs

I ordered food online for curbside pickup on December 20th, 2013. I waited in my car for 34 minutes as instructed but did not receive my pizza. I called the restaurant's phone number to inquire about my order.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The Philly-Papadia and pizza were both outstanding. Despite the app stating a delivery time of 50-60 minutes, I received my pizza earlier than expected. The drivers were also very friendly. This was my second time ordering from this place and I highly recommend it.

When you order pizza to-go, it arrives hot, but by the time you get it home, it's cold and the toppings don't fully cover the entire medium or large pizza.

We ordered a whole meat pizza it said 30 to 45 minutes, 2 hours later it says it was delivered. it was not delivered here. they asked if we wanted them to make a new one and I said yes, but how long. they said two more hours! no thanks and refund the payment. so far no refund!

I used to love Papa John’s. Food was always great and they were quick. However that’s not the case anymore. I don’t know what happened at this store but now anytime you try to place an order it’s over 90 min for delivery and 2 hours for pick up! What? I understand it gets busy but it’s like this every time now. Not worth it!
