Bidra med feedbackPlaced an online order for pick up. I get there in well enough time my food should've been ready. I get there and not only is it not ready but I'm told the order was sent out already. It took like 4 ppl to come together and understand my order needs to be re-made and that they obviously gave my order away. Everyone on this Saturday afternoon shift was lacking. Everyone in the lobby waiting with me saw how bad it was. Not to mention they didn't apologize to ANYONE for the wait and inconvenience.
Today, I visited the drive-thru to pick up my order, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I was informed by the staff member that the drink machine was not working. I explained that my order did not include a drink, but she insisted that the machine was still down. When I asked if she was the only one working, she confirmed that she was. This lack of efficiency at this location is disappointing and makes me question why it is still open. I have encountered similar issues with the staff on previous visits. I suggest that this Wendy's location be closed down and replaced with something better.
Please just sell the franchise already! The dining room is closed 90% of the time, and there is a 30-minute wait for cold food in the drive-thru. Do better.
I have visited this restaurant three times recently and each time they have been out of salads. I decided to leave and went to the Macland location instead where I was able to order the salad I wanted.
It's always a super longgg wait or rude associates. I will not be returning to this
