Bidra med feedbackNovella Osteria is proof that great restaurants can be found outside of High Street! They have a welcoming atmosphere perfect for date nights or small groups. A great selection of wines and amazing cocktails and mocktails.Let's start with the antipasti.. you need to order their Meatballs and the Hazelnut/Ricotta Crotini. The handmade pastas are definitely the star of the show! The classic Cacio E Pepe was executed perfectly, but if you want something creamier and heavy than go for the carbonara! For the seafood lovers, the squid ink pasta with shrimp and mussels will fill you up. Don't forget to ask about their daily specials
One of our favorite places in Columbus. There pasta dishes are always amazing and creative. Limited menus but they have a way of making something special out of something so simple. The flavor balances in each dish are amazing. Always great service as well. Best pasta dishes in Columbus. It's not a traditional Italian restaurant but in a good way.
Please, people. It's not all that. Drive down Sawmill to Morettis much much better at a cheaper price.
Date night with my wife at Novella Osteria. We went based on a review by someone through Columbus Foodies. A bit of a drive for us but worth every mile. Food was outstanding. Portion sizes were large for 2. Drinks were tasty. Service was friendly. Would recommend.
I've been to Novella a couple times before this and have loved my meal each time. Unfortunately, I have a gluten and dairy allergy and am limited on what I can eat. I wanted to try something different this time but didn't realize just how limited I am with their menu. Being gluten free, it's not often I find a place that makes their own gluten free noodles- they're the best! However I wish there were more pasta dishes that I could have. I asked about a couple dishes and they said they couldn't do them gluten and dairy free. I understand your food is good but would appreciate more options and consideration for people with allergies. My meal this time was good but not what I was craving or hoping for from Novella.
