l'Olivier - Prades

Although a single person operation, the food was great. Its not fast food but cooked to order. The choice is good. The restaurant is small and only holds about 20people from what we saw. Never been before but it was recommended and we will go again.

Attended with family and friends and had an excellent experience enjoying local Rose, rural cooking that had an elegance about it. Great staff and a friendly atmosphere.

Catllar is a wonderful village with all neighbours knowing each other. With my family who live there, we went in to this cafe (too cold to be outside! , and we were attended with such friendliness. In summer one can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful weather!

Just arrived to stay for a week in Catllar, no food, so went to L'Olivier restaurant late and received greats service. A 3-course dinner for 17 Euro pp plus our wine (had to have some local wine) with friendly staff was amazing given I don't speak French, but my wife has some learning. Each course was great. Paid by credit card. Will be going back.

This cafe restaurant has come on in leaps and bounds and caters for all tastes including a mean vegetarian plateau which is really lovely and varied. Gorgeous terrace for the warm summer months and a warm welcome from the girls running the place. Sunday lunchtime offers music and entertainment as well as a pleasant place to sit and drink an aperitive.
