Sanborns - Prados del Tepeyac

Terrible service, I don't give a negative rating because you can't even. They serve you in a very bad way, the waiters throw things at you, and they don't even give you what you asked for. A waiter threw things at me when I ordered a coffee. Not to mention that they take too long to serve you. They treat you as they see you, my family and I are dark-skinned, and they didn't seem very excited to serve us, however in front of us there was a family of foreigners and clearly the waiters had priority to make them look good. The buffet is very good, it seems to be the only good thing the place has, since its a la carte service is slow, poor, disappointing and above all slow. The food is not worth what you pay for it. Certainly Sanborns is another example of how restaurants and businesses in Mexico allow themselves to be influenced by gentrification, which will be part of their downfall. 5/10.

It's a shame the lack of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant and women's bathroom, it's disgusting, they are always dirty as well as old. It's gross!!! I hope they do something about it.
