Coyle’s - Prairie Grove

I recently moved to the area in March and didn't have a chance to visit Coyle's Restaurant in Prairie Grove before the Covid shutdowns started. However, this weekend I decided to indulge in some comfort food from Coyle's, as they were offering curb side take-and-bake casseroles and desserts. I ordered chicken and dumplings, dinner rolls, and apple caramel bread pudding for pick up at 5pm. Everything was ready when we arrived to collect our order, and the restaurant was charming inside. The chicken and dumplings were delicious, not overly salted, with flavorful chicken and perfect dumplings in a creamy broth. The dinner rolls were perfect for dipping and wiping our bowls clean. The apple caramel bread pudding was a standout, with soft pieces and a delightful crunch, and a perfect balance of apple and caramel flavors. It instantly reminded me of autumn and I could see myself visiting Coyle's just for this dessert. Overall, the quality of the food and the support for local businesses makes me excited to return to Coyle's in the future.

The food is good but the wait for our order today Sunday is terrible. Must be short handed.

We are new to the area and tried Coyle’s for the first time this evening. We eat out a lot due to traveling for work. I must say this was by far one of the best, yet most simple (in a good home like kind of way) dining experience we have had in a very long time. We will certainly be back! The food was great, the service was wonderful, the best salad bar I’ve found in the area and the prices were very fair. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stop eating even after I was full ????
