Captain D's - Prattville

The woman at the drive thru is not customer service friendly. She has an attitude and she is rude. Very bad service.

Inside was closed, only drive-thru was open! After a 30-minute wait in the line, I needed to use the restroom. There was a tiny handwritten note advising the closure of the dining room, only drive-thru. That's when I found only 2 employee were on duty. At least a dozen people were dining-in. Food food in spite of the delay!

Placed a to-go order to pickup at 1012pm. When I picked up I had to ask for the condiments that I had order. Once I got home at 1016pm the orders was found incorrect with the wrong sides and it was cold, so I warmed it up in microwave, but when we attempted to eat it we could tell it was not freshly made and tasted as if it had been left overs from today's stock. I attempted to call the store several times from 1020 to 1050 with no answer, so I guess I'll take the receipt in the mor5and demand my money back.

Great service with a smile, food was great, fairly quick. chicken was also good.

Above par for Captain D's.. Everything is made to order so the staff is doing the best with what they have.
