Fazoli's - Prattville

A good experience. The food was amazing, everything tasted very fresh. (Side note, the breadsticks beat Olive Garden's around a mile. Our server Kathy was by far the most friendly person I had waited for me in a very long time. My mother I went to lunch has never been to a Fazoli ever, while the food was great, the experience we had from Kathy was great personality friendliness, which will visit us regularly now. Will definitely recommend Fazolis friends family.

This was my first experience with Fazoli or any kind of Italian food served as fast food. I didn't expect much, but, WOW, I was so surprised.! The food was delicious and the bread sticks were AMAZING. I ordered the baked sampler with a side salad that turned out to be more food than I needed. So good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. The tables were disinfected after each customer before another sits. We'll be back next time.

I went through the drive thru which is always super fast and the staff is always super nice!! Their food taste so good and is always hot! I really recommend here for a quick bit to eat!! All of the deserts are amazing as well!!

Food was great. I had gluten free pasta, it was very good. Kids loved the pizza and breadsticks. Kathy was super nice and friendly.

"Let's be clear, it's Fazoli's, so don't expect a fine dining experience. However, this was the best Fazoli's I've ever been to. It was very clean, the service was exceptionally quick, and the food tasted just as good as it appeared. Honestly, if you saw a commercial for Fazoli's, you'd think it was filmed at this location because everything looked amazing. Truly top-notch!"
