Moe's Southwest Grill - Prattville

Probably the best opportunity eating experience I had in months! Customer service was top notch. Super friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and sooo good. This was my first time to eat here and my personal opinion is that you must be national. They would blow the competition out of the water. I may be in this restaurant once or twice a month and must do it regularly. *This was the Prattville AL site. Employees working at 12/12/21 between 19 and 20 hrs earn recognition.

Tried ordering from app on Moe Monday. Confusing checkout, on Moe Monday. Added $9.99 for grilled chicken to a Moe Monday $5.99 bowl. Not the extra chicken. I thought $15 was too much but got to use a $10 credit anyway.

We love Moe's! Friendly staff, great food. Bowls and burritos are the way to go

Moe's does not necessarily strike me as a bad restaurant in the slightest. The food was good, the service was good, and the floors and tables were clean. However, when I compare the restaurant to another Mexican themed chain less than 1 mile away, the other store gets my popular vote. On another point, the chips were delightfully bland, considering most that you get are overly salted. And the chips came free whereas at Chipotle, they charge per bag. The music that was playing was a nice mix of oldies and new, more modern songs. All in all, I would recommend this place to any who would like to experience a build your own style restaurant with a heavy influence on an American Mexican menu priced at roughly $7 $9 a person. But, as per my personal opinion, I prefer Chipotle.

As a Texan, this is my first experience at Moe's, and I have to say it's just as good, if not better, than Chipotle. I absolutely love this place!
