Absolutely the BEST breakfast burrito I’ve ever tasted! The chorizo paired with green chile sauce created an incredibly spicy and truly fantastic dish. Plus, the portion size is huge! My girlfriend tried the biscuits and gravy along with a side pancake, and she couldn’t stop praising the meal either. Simple is a small, locally owned restaurant with friendly owners and outstanding food. You should definitely go and check it out!

The only aspect I would alter is the service. With only two servers in such a small but busy establishment, one of the waitresses seemed quite stressed and overwhelmed, which made us reluctant to ask for assistance. That aside, the food was outstanding, the staff was friendly, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely return.

One downside, though, is that the portions are quite large. I don’t mind big servings like super-sized McDonald's fries, but the portions of the food were excessively big—like four eggs in one serving! I know that’s a bit much. I would have preferred a two-egg omelet instead, but I didn’t ask for one because I didn’t want to be a bother on such a busy Sunday morning.

Awesome breakfast stop! Food is great and portions are huge!! Nice friendly and very cozy feel. Order the KEN off the menu you won't be disappointed..homemade everything!

What a place. 6 tables total! Menu is incredible. Every skillet, burrito and breakfast sammich you?ll ever want. Prices are great too. And OMG look at the size. Then they brought hash browns too! As far as taste they could rival a Mexican restaurant with their red and green chili?s. And the breakfast burrito is hands down the best I?ve ever had. Get it with pork. Because more pork is always better! There is greatness in this place. Thank you all!
