China Buffet - Prescott

I visited China Buffet today with my service dog and had a very unpleasant experience. Initially, they attempted to seat us in a back room, which is illegal. Although I ended up in a hidden corner of the restaurant, when I went to get my food, they insisted I leave my dog at the table while I served myself, which is also against the law. The waitress was unfriendly and frequently ignored us. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed that there wasn't one available. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I took my service dog to this restaurant today, and I won't be returning. The waitress mostly ignored us and was rude during the times she did pay attention, while she was very pleasant to other customers. When I went to pick up my food, I was asked to leave my dog at the table, which is also unlawful. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told that there wasn't one on duty over the weekend, which felt suspicious. Now I can't find any contact information for the main office. I will definitely not be coming back.
