I tried this at the Stafford Wine Festival and it was so delicious that we came back for more the very next day!
I just had an amazing meal from the Rico Sabor food truck. The Ropa Vieja and Pollo Loco chicken were both bursting with flavor. We also tried the empanadas with spicy mayonnaise, which were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to enjoy this food again!
This is some of the most delicious food I've ever had from a food truck! I definitely recommend trying the Rico boats!
The food was incredible today! It was the best Puerto Rican cuisine we've ever had!
