Presovsky Saris Pub

The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, but the service from the staff is below average. The waiter seemed unaware of basic customer service practices and did not make us feel welcome. Additionally, they seemed to discriminate against customers with children by not accepting payment from us.

The environment is nice, the service is friendly but extremely understaffed... incredibly long waiting times... just to place an order and not to mention getting the ordered items... cutting corners in the wrong place.

Good evening, I just want to point out that since the restrictions were lifted, we have visited the restaurant several times. We had to ask the staff to clean the table, and when they did, they only placed mats under the plates. The rest of the table was dirty. The staff was unwilling to offer a table next to Šariš pub when we sat down at a table that could not be occupied due to the restrictions. I must point out that the cuisine is excellent, but they are losing customers because of the service.
