Caffe Nero - Preston

Coffee is good, seats are threadbare but comfortable. Unfortunately sat upstairs, everytime a member of staff use the staff only door, we had minor heart attacks because the door slams so loud. Not good.

The service at this restaurant is lacking cleanliness, adequate staffing, and charm. Although I enjoy the coffee, I will not be returning due to the unclean floor, undercooked pastries, and unappealing ambiance.

I recently visited this cafe and was dismayed to find that it was dirty, run-down, and had a strong odor of dirt. I don't understand why this place is so busy; I can only assume it's due to its location rather than its atmosphere or interior. Nero, you need to improve your standards. It's an absolute disgrace.

The restaurant is dirty and in need of investment. The upstairs area is closed. Despite attracting many customers, the place is in poor condition. It desperately needs to be decorated and refurbished. The pandemic is over, so it's time to make improvements.

Awful service. Not a smile on the server. Tables were unclean and asked to clean table didn't even do that properly.
