Hungry Horse - Preston

The food was terrifying, it was hardly hot, and the steaks we were served in some of the mealtimes were unusable, as they were mainly fat, and the others were like boot leather. burgers were tasteless and consisted of a patty, bun and a lonely piece of salate and a piece of tomato. Macaroni cheese was made with extremely cheap cheese and was also unusable. plastic cheese also cuts on all burgers. chips were cold when they came out, and the “roasted” panini had been shown quite literally to the grill and that was it. disgusting for the price we paid. also thrown into the bathroom, 3 of them seem out of order and locked, no problem, but there will be a problem if there is only toilet paper in one of the cubes and the rest of it was either wet, covered with mud, on the floors and in the sink. when a worker was notified by a party member, they did nothing about it and left it in the state in which it was. very disappointed. expects more of a hungry horse than thought they were a serious chain. obviously not. will not return.

Was not at the phantom winger for years. was very impressed by the menu choices, the quality of eating and the service. it is not the most atmospheric place as it is a great space, but it is great enough to find somewhere quiet to sit and enjoy their meal. it has a whacky warehouse that looked as good as we remembered when we took our children years ago. will probably go back to make use of one of its weekly offers

Avoid them. cold food, missing items, most puddings not available. child meal not edible over cooked or mixed) manager advised to go to asda to buy the pudding ingredients!

Eating was very nice, worth was fantastic. the staff was very friendly and responsive. only recommended is that they should store garlic mayonnaise as dip.

Microshaft meal times, could be a better meal even at home. a family of 10 went for my neffen 1. birthday party only because they had a playground for him. the food orders were wrong, had to send back several dishes that were brought out...if we finally got our meals, everything seemed as if it were put in the frittier and forgotten, it was absolutely disgusting. I'll never go back there or recommend someone to eat there. avoid this place to all cost.
