Pepe's Piri Piri - Preston

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy delicious and affordable food. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Upon entering the restaurant, the woman working there appeared disinterested in serving us and displayed zero manners. She was rude and only provided one garlic sauce for two meals, which we found unacceptable. Despite mentioning that we usually receive one garlic and one chili sauce per meal, she insisted on only giving one sauce for both dishes. Considering the price we were paying per meal (£8.79), this seemed unreasonable to us. Additionally, as we were leaving, the woman rudely called out to us to put our trash in the bin, which we normally do but found her approach off-putting given the poor service we had received. We have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant today during my lunch break to pick up some food for takeout. I was informed that the food would be ready in 10 minutes, but it actually took around half an hour. When I returned to my location with my order, I discovered that I had been given the wrong food. I called the restaurant and the woman who answered refused to believe that a mistake had been made. I requested to speak with the manager, who accused me of lying about the wait time and said he would review the CCTV footage. I assured him that if he did, he would see that I was telling the truth. He then stated that there was not much he could do, and suggested that I should have complained at the store when picking up my order, which was not possible since I had already left the premises. The manager spoke to me in a hostile and disrespectful manner and offered no assistance. I would not recommend visiting this particular location in Preston due to the poor staff and service. Their 2.5-star rating is justified. There are much better chicken restaurants in the area.

I order frys and chicken burger they said 4.30p I said its not its 3.99 they said its .30p for the SALT !! what planet are they on ?? charging .30p for salt and the burger was MICROWAVE TO DEATH !!!! and then they tried to rip me of on my free drink by NOT !!! giving me one , the place is an absolute disgrace refreshment as good as across the road is 10 times better

I was only half hungry so I said just 1 lot of frys, i got a look of the lad making them because it was a small order , it cost 1.49p and it was tiny about 30 frys if that , so I say can you put a bit of sauce on them he says ye but I will charge you for it, they tasted alright but that's a bit silly trying charge you for squirt of sauce and 1.49p for thirty frys , next time I will just go across the road to the other rake away 1.20p for a big tray of frys with as much sauce as you want
