Kfc - Price

I visited the restaurant to grab a bite, but when I used the restroom, I was shocked by how filthy it was. The bathrooms were in such poor condition that I couldn’t even consider ordering or eating there. If the restrooms are this dirty, I can only imagine that the kitchen is just as unsanitary!

Michelle was exceptionally helpful. Late night appetizer orders can be unpredictable, but she guided us through some issues and maintained a cheerful attitude the whole time.

I placed an order at this KFC on June 22, 2024, at 8:11 PM for the Taste of KFC Meal, which is supposed to include 4 sides, 6 pieces of chicken, and 4 biscuits. When I got home, I found that none of the sides were included in my order. We went back to the restaurant to retrieve our missing sides, only to find that the employees had decided to close 45 minutes early that day.

The entire time we were getting our meal and eating in the restaurant the manager was screaming at the employees. A good 15-20 minutes of just listening to her didn't make for a great dining experience ???

They were out of a lot of product. Was given alternative product or the option to wait while it cooked
