Bidra med feedbackI wish I had discovered this site before visiting Silver Steak House. It seems that the owner does not permit any of the staff to have the authority to adjust bills or compensate for a disappointing meal. It appears he values money more than customer satisfaction.
The owner seems to lack the knowledge needed to effectively manage a steakhouse. It appears he isn't focused on customer retention, as the quality of the meals is inconsistent—it's often a hit or miss, and unfortunately, more often than not, it's a miss. When customers express dissatisfaction with their meals, the owner's response is dismissive, indicating he doesn't prioritize their experience.
The lack of professionalism here is evident; it’s clear that the owner does not prioritize returning customers. If you encounter an issue with your meal or find it inedible, you won't receive any form of compensation.
Eat a McDonalds instead. Terrible.
