Usually great which is why I go there for the fast food fix - but lately I dont know; it is nearly impossible it seems to get a burger that's HOT or freshly cooked...luke warm is beginning to look like all that's on offer. Yuck. So I bring it home usually and separate it out and heat up the burger and fries again. Tonight I ordered chicken and poutine well done (cuz then at least the fries are hot-hopefully)...at least a ten minute wait - off to the side because they are timed. I am handed my food with an apology for the delay - no reason given. Sure enough my crispy fries are soggy and no longer hot, just lukewarm and I dont know what happened to the chicken burger - also luke warm - but the edge of the bun was hard and the limp not crispy pickle and the lettuce and the mayo were also all 'luke warm'! which means to me that some one microwaved it all. double yuck. Whose dumb idea is that? Thanks A
