Some employees rock others could use some new skills. 1* only for the owner keeping tips! I want to tip my server whos likely making minimum wage. Treat your employees with some appreciation, give them their earned tips, then maybe their customer service would reflect decent management. For now, these bad reviews stem from poor management.
