Kroger - Prospect

I wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience at the restaurant yesterday. One of the staff members, Eden, went above and beyond for me. Even though it was too late to make changes, she managed to add my click list order for me. On top of that, she bought me some herbal tea with her own money because I was feeling unwell. She mentioned it was her favorite tea for when she was sick, which was so thoughtful of her. I also provided more details in the click list survey, but I felt it was important to highlight her kindness on social media as well. Eden was incredibly friendly and truly deserves recognition. Additionally, I want to commend Allen for being quick and helpful while loading my groceries. Thank you both!

I live in Indiana and I always come to this market for my fruit and vegetable shopping. They have a much better selection here. I sent my boyfriend to a store in Corydon to pick up some mangoes, but they didn't have any. When I came to this market, they had large mangoes that were delicious! There are no pomegranates yet, but that's understandable as they are out of season right now.

Overall a clean and well-stocked business. Friendly staff. Prices are slightly higher than other Krogers and not enough employees. A cash lane open at a busy time and heard workers say they had several call-ins. (9 people standing behind me). I once tried the pick-up islands (if I was quadrupled by the Kovid exposure) for some birthday cupcakes I ordered (1 item) a week ago and was told after waiting 45 minutes after my pick-up time that they were still looking for items in my shopping cart. Sorry, the cupcakes were made this morning. They also slowly got cleaning supplies like Kaboom back in their shelves. Fruits and vegetables are always fresh... not the Cantaloupe. And they run from Ooidios yogurt when it comes to sale. Use the sushi to be good, but recently they only make boiled sushi covered with fried onions or crab mixed with Mayo. I call the sushi for people who don't like real sushi. About once a month they change the shelves and I can't find what I'm looking for. You like to hide things so I can find more what I really want. Other than that. I really like this crotch.
