Caffe Rosa - Prospect

We had the chicken and veg soup was nice and hot, not much of a selection here, but in fairness it was mid week... we really only went to visit the nursery and decided to stay for lunch as we didn't know what else was around and we didn't want to have burgers at mcdonalds... I would be interested to see what was on offer on the weekend.

Pricing does not meet food expectations...in a negative way. Got quite a room for improvement... food wise.

Inside Flower Power, Best Coffee, freshly roast and then grind the coffee beans. Delicious home cooked style food, with a lot of love in their food. We often go for breakfast then go for a wander around the garden centre. Best pancakes, and French toast. Staff and owners very accommodating and friendly.

Called in for coffe and cake after looking at plants. Obviously Flower Power do not have regulations on food quality or decor. The place was really quite grotty with bits of garden refuse stacked under seats and in gardens. The coffee was ok, I had a milkshake which was not that cold and the recess in the base of the glass was very dirty. Banana bread was fine, but not keen on it being buttered before serving. Will definitely not go back, and would not recommend it to anybody.
