First Watch - Prosper

Was really hoping for a better menu. The staff were all friendly and quick to service so certainly no issues there. For me this is a somewhat bland all natural flavor lacking place a breakfast joint should be. We were geared up to really enjoy a hearty flavorful breakfast right in our home town and this one missed it by a mile. The toast was great! I'm sure this place has an audience of health kick, diet trendy, weight conscious folks which is great but if your looking for a stick to your bones meal this isn't it.

We have had a couple visits to first watch and they have been decent. But this one topped the cake, and it was because the service was amazing. We had Gina as our server and she was attentive and sweet! We did have an issue with my omelet coming out with mushrooms..but she fixed it in such a timely manner it didn't effect my meal at all. Food was great. I truly do appreciate good service nowadays!

I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. The food quality wasn't great; it looked appealing on the plate but didn't taste good. The salt and ice cream had a gummy texture. We ordered a poached egg and waited 35 minutes for it, expecting it to be good given the long wait. This will be my first and last visit here.

The food and atmosphere are fantastic. I always have a wonderful time enjoying breakfast with family and friends at First Watch.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but we did experience a small issue. The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful. I would definitely recommend it any time!
