Panera Bread - Prosper

Panera has increased their prices too much. It is portrayed as healthy side but they do not have 100% whole wheat bread since all you are eating carbs (different available breads on the menu). Recommend to bring the prices down and introduce healthy bread option for sandwiches.

Horrible service. I did an online order for $72 and it was supposed to be delivered 11:45-12pm. Called 8 times to see where my order was at it was 35 mins late at this point. The person I talked with told me my order was waiting to be picked up by a third party. I said my order was supposed to be here over 35 mins ago, the guy said it was still waiting to be picked up. How was I to know that it would be delivered by a third party? I said would it be faster if I came in and picked it up as my order was already 35 mins late. They said yes, probably so I said I was on my way. I literally hung up and headed over to this location I was maybe 6 mins away. I get there and someone had already picked up my order! I literally had just spoke with someone regarding my order letting them I was just going to come and pick it up. Granted this is the 2nd time this had happened to me before with this location the first time I thought it was just a one time off deal... I WILL NEVER BE ordering from this location again.

I was coming to Panera for many years. I should've read the reviews before going to this location. I ordered a bowl of soup, paid around $10 fir that, including tip. Got just a bit more than a half of the bowl if soup. Also, asked for butter and was told it is not included.

This place never has chips or avacados and the wait is so long. I just waited 45 min for my food then when they bring it they didn't have all of it and I had to go in to get what they forgot. I ordered a pizza and it was given to me cold. I said something about it and all they could say was sorry. This is not good customer service.

Ugh I hate to give panera a one star as I LOVE panera but given my experience here i have to. I ordered ahead on the app for kiosk pick up. I arrived 2 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Walked into the restaurant and didnt see it at the pick up. So i went to the counter and they said they would make it, and to wait a few minutes. That was fine with me, despite ordering ahead because i was in a hurry to make it back to the office. After waiting a few minutes they tell me its going to take an hour to make soup so.. so i had to cancel and couldnt even eat lunch that day. Very disappointed and wont be coming here again waste of time and I have low blood sugar
