Bidra med feedbackDisappointed. We spent $100 and the quality of the six burgers and sides we ordered were some of the worst I ever had. And I had a lot. Small order of sides and each burger was dry as hockey puck. Save the disappointment.
I am very pleased to try my first Smashburger. Images show a cut over Burger shop. Order Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger. Substantial burgers. I tried to order MR, but it was said that they came as they are. Result: The brisket was as dry, tough and hard as marinated saddle leather. The burger was well done and I mean, no juices anymore? bacon was good, but not enough to wear this dry, jerky burger. Pickles were not sharp, but dry. Proven sweet and regular frits that were thin and incomprehensible. Salvation was our diet Coke, which is a hard to swallow dry burgers easier to go. They would have done this so great with a simple focus on quality control. I give them a second chance.
I feel bad for leaving three stars, but the place is far from clean. The food was great and I took pictures, but the further away from the door you get, the worse the cleanliness gets. There is even a strange smell at the place, very noticeable, as far as we ate outside on their terrace, which was ironically very clean. I like the smashburger chain and the food was up to the standard, but the place definitely has to clean at least the structure around door handles and chairs. Sad to see this as it does not make you enjoy your meal. For $24 per person, could also have a seat like Gloria's.
Came in to dinate, 3 girls in the front and I?m standing right in their faces and there?s no recognition. Waiting for a good 2 minutes in silence for them to say the girl in the register, the duck scrolling tits her phone to take my order, my meaning while a line stacks behind me. She has her airpod all the time that she commands and go to the kitchen, Airpod could easily fall into food. All 3 of them, where super rude and not helpful. While the girl is with purple hair? clean the store? she? slamming hard the chairs in place. I finally get my order muddled in my table and they deliberately left my drink in the counter, so I have to go pick-up while I can clearly see that they go to the corner, I always go all with back from the counter and no confirmation. I work in retail as a business manager and this bad behavior is unacceptable, in camera 9/17/22 at 12:36-50 and you? everything is unfolded. Other customers, where also as this behavior upsets. Cooks also have their Airpod Ins. TM?s should be there to help customers and at least do the mere minimum well. If they don't like to serve the public, they shouldn't be there. Or at least be blamed for their bad behavior. 2 stars cause food to be good.
Super disappointed in this place. I walked in at 11:30 am and not a single person was inside the place that I could see. I stood there for many minutes waiting to place an order. I noticed the QR code to order your meal from their app at the registers, perhaps this is now replacing actual staff members. It would explain the help wanted sign out the door. Who knows how long it would have taken to have my food given to me if ordered via the app but I wasn't going to stand around and wait forever to find out. Not giving my business to an establishment that can't keep their staff. Their doors shouldn't be opened if they can't attend to customers.
