Starbucks - Prosper

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable . I take my daughter there for a little us time over hot chocolate on the weekend. Music not too loud, noise level is low enough you can talk, read, or study.

They literally are always out of oat milk or almond milk. Their only job is to make coffee. If you aren?t ordering enough that?s a problem. Order enough inventory for the consumption of your patrons.

I love their customer service. Even when there are 20 plus customers, the workers are fast and respectful. They need a raise! The food is always great! The store is very clean!

Every time I?ve placed a mobile order from this location there are items missing. They have to do a better job making sure the drop off station for mobile pick-ups is simple enough for third party services to navigate. This is my third straight order that?s been entirely wrong. I?ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. So I?m not sure why this location is having these issues

I never had this type of mocha cookie crumble. Not worth for waiting in line. Also even my husband got the worst latte ever.
