Starbucks - Prosper

Messed up my order twice, espresso didn’t taste like espresso, more like just warm milk. Young lady literally cannot hear me well, had to literally yell. Definelty not the best Starbucks in McKinney that’s for sure.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable . I take my daughter there for a little us time over hot chocolate on the weekend. Music not too loud, noise level is low enough you can talk, read, or study.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I'll give a negative review when necessary but this Starbucks always goes above and beyond to be so friendly, attentive and polite. This is the Starbucks closest to my house so I go here the most and they have never messed up my order. Definitely giving credit where it's due here!

No complaints. They updated all their interior which is pretty nifty. Drinks are good and they make good time.

Every time I’ve placed a mobile order from this location there are items missing. They have to do a better job making sure the drop off station for mobile pick-ups is simple enough for third party services to navigate. This is my third straight order that’s been entirely wrong. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. So I’m not sure why this location is having these issues
