Restaurace Orange Route Protivín

This restaurant is a hidden gem on the way to southern Czech Republic. They offer fresh burgers and desserts at affordable prices. We tried the Mexican, Chilli, and Momento burgers, all of which were delicious. We also had a tasty Caesar salad. Burger prices range from 100 CZK to 200 CZK.

We stopped at this restaurant while driving from Salzburg to Prague. The chicken fingers and wrap were delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. The gelato was the best we had during our two weeks in Europe. Excellent job!

I have been hearing about the restaurant for several years and unfortunately for me it was a disappointment. From a restaurant with such a specific focus, I would expect everything to be done to perfection, unfortunately the burger I had the opportunity to taste did not correspond to that. The meat was done to death and the bun definitely didn't feel fresh to me. The only thing that was great were the fries, for which I give 2*.
