While my children enjoyed the train on the ceiling, it wasn't enough to entice us to return. I tried the spaghetti with meat sauce, and it brought back memories of a school cafeteria meal. If this is the finest dining that Federal Hill can provide, it's best to pack up and head elsewhere. I would recommend steering clear of that entire street, particularly if you care about both your stomach and your budget.
