Great Harvest Bread Co. - Provo

I went to the local today July 19 at 6:10. order a sandwich. I really like bread. It is very good, the girl who attended was very kind. but the worker who was a teenage boy was very rude. I think he was angry because he wanted to end his shift and leave. He took my order with an annoyed face. the strange thing is that he was very nice to the rest of the customers. I don't know if he doesn't like Latinos. but I will definitely not return to the local. I felt discriminated. there are more locations in Utah so I'll go to those.

Stopped in for a late Christmas gift and was meet with the friendliest people. Everyone here was happy, friendly and helpful. Great breads and they assembled my basket while I was waiting. The sample of cinnamon bread was amazing. I will definitely return to this location, they do customer service right!

For my meal, I chose a turkey pesto panini on white bread and a breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese on cracked wheat bread. I never considered dipping a turkey pesto panini in balsamic vinegar before, but it provided a lovely sweet and tangy contrast that really elevated the sandwich. The cracked wheat bread for the breakfast sandwich was surprisingly delicious too; I'm not usually a fan of cracked wheat, but Great Harvest definitely changed my perception. If you appreciate freshly baked bread, this is the place for you. Be sure to stop by and support your local businesses!

This time, I attempted to redeem my Great Harvest loyalty rewards for a free sandwich and treat that I have in my account. To my astonishment, I was rudely informed that they no longer accept these rewards. Why would an authorized Great Harvest location stop accepting loyalty accounts? This makes absolutely no sense! I've been a regular customer for years and have always used my account—strike two. To top it all off, the girl who delivered this unpleasant news was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service. That's strike three.

I really appreciate the short ingredient list on their whole wheat loaf, which is made from freshly milled whole wheat! Anyone who understands the difference between this and processed wheat will definitely value the nutritional benefits. The staff here provides fantastic customer service; they are friendly and helpful. The place is well-maintained, and they even have a café. I tried the turkey sandwich, and it was delicious and fresh!
