Wendy's - Provo

I was at the restaurant with a large work trolley, and since the dining area was closed, I called to place my order. Christina promptly took my order over the phone and personally delivered the food to me. This is what outstanding customer service looks like!

The Spicy Nuggets are a bit soggy. The customer service can be inconsistent, and I often receive cold food—about 40% of the time. However, I quickly learned to manage my expectations. Despite this, I still plan to return.

Overall, my experience was better than at other Wendy's locations I've visited. The fries were hot and perfectly cut, and the burgers were served hot and well-prepared. I felt there was a bit too much ice cream in the drink, but that's a minor issue. No real complaints!

Only drive the service during the Kovid, but went up and could not pass my follower. They called and brought my order to the door. Nice!
