Arby's - Pt. Charlotte

For us everything was great? !Our food was made quickly, and fresh ??. Store was clean and empty Plenty of parking ? Just walk in ??!

Kiril is doing a great job. He should be put as a manager. He is the best worker, he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted!! He really deserves the manager role. Or at least a raise.

I'm here now. They had me pay, then pull in a parking spot, and here I am waiting and waiting over 10 min now. I paid $30 for a couple of sandwiches and have to wait just as long as a regular restaurant. I'm not a fan of pulling customers at the window to a parking spot. Just to make your service times, LOOK faster. If you falsify the metrics for service times. You have false metrics. If your general manager is reporting 3 min order times from order to food in hand. It's FALSE. 10 and a half min wait is the actual time. Not the lying you do to corporate. The other Arby's on 41 NEVER ever pulls the car to a parking spot and real efficient times for placing and receiving order. The employee who took the order was not friendly and kinda rude. The lady who brought out the food was friendly and smiling and gave great customer service. One good out of 3 bads is a failing grade.BRING BACK POTATO CAKES FRIES SUCK

Customer service was excellent the place or spotless and clean. I'll be honest with you this is probably one of the best Arby's I've ever been to I do give him five stars all away if you ever get a chance make sure you stop in and get you a nice meal you will not regret it and it is children friendly keep up the great work you're doing an awesome job
