It exquers the fusion...fish, meats, fish, the best preparations of everything and advised by the same chef, me charm!! If I had to qualify I put a 7 for the beautiful environment, pleasant atmosphere, and the exquisite dishes. If you like Gourmet food, I recommend $100. And there goes the cake stew for the dessert to fill after trying out an exquisti wine.
Editing after the owner 's lovely comment: We NEVER asked for any discount nor a free meal. We didn 't even complain; when the waitress asked us if everything is ok after we stopped eating and left an almost full plate, we answered back that it wasn 't so good. Then the chef came, afterwards the wine. That 's it. We left with a ' 'thank you ' ', paid everything and left a tip. And for you, the owner in Palestine, they sure know how to handle a fresh fish in the kitchen. Awful. We agreed to the chef 's suggestion, and ordered a fish and sea food platter for 25K. Nothing tasted fresh, the fish was partly cooked and the prawns were hard as rubber. We couldn 't even finish half of it, and returned the plate. The chef approached us and asked what happened; we told him nicely that is was not so good; he came back with two glasses of an ok white wine as compensation; and this is the only reason why I 'll give them a star. I really don 't understand why we were served with such a meal, in a restaurant that can get (and should! good and fresh products straight from the nearby seafood market.
Horrible. In a seaside city with a fresh seafood market, it is a shame to run such a bad restaurant. Seafood isn't fresh, fish undercooked, shrimps are cooked so long they taste and feel like rubber. Very very expensive, simply a scam, do not go. After reading the other reviews and comments here, I understand that I also might find myself in the line of fire and get personally insulted by the chef himself, so just know in advance, I have warned you not to go and I am not exaggerating. This is one of those places I had like to see Gordon Ramsay walks in to.
Some experience in this place. Let's start with the fact that the restaurant does not have a digital or physical card so knowing the prices of each product is impossible. Each of the dishes is presented by the local chef who seems to be the owner. For his part the attention was not bad, however that it seems to be his wife leaves too much to desire. Horrible, unpleasant and with very little comments to refer to customers. When we arrived she was behind the bar talking very loud on the phone, insulting and being very rude what creates a tense atmosphere inside the place. It was the strangest and most unpleasant thing that touched me in some restaurant. Continuing with the food ; Platos that are not the great wonder, yes, are well executed but it is the least that one expects to go to eat. The pisco sour pretty good, nothing to say. In wines it boasts of being the best place, being it is not. Very little variety in wines filling the place with the same bottles. Now comes the most disappointing part of all: The account. A shame. I'll attach the picture to the account so they can create it. $21000 for a mere, I swear to whatever you want never in my life a fish dish has cost me so expensive. Not in the best restaurants in the country. A VERGÜENZA! There is no doubt that this kind of place makes gastronomy in Puerto Montt so decadent. Thanks for ruining another place.
