San Jorge Pizzeria - Puerto Plata

Close...but not entirely American Pie (i.e. Salchiche is hot dogs, NOT Italian sausage, swap in chorizo, if available for a better taste profile); but if you accept that in, you will enjoy your food very much. compared to other places (sorry Mauro), and the delivery is usually timely.

The best experience that I've ever had... Cleans space, lower prices, awesome kind of pizzas... I just love it...

The food was great. However, we had to wait over an hour for our food.

This is a legit pizza joint for anyone but if you're a tourist stuck on a resort right now and you're some real pizza these guys won't disappoint. Polish up on your Spanish because you're heading off the resort and it's polite to try but they do have some english menus to look at if you need it. Be prepared to pay in Pesos as well. Lot's of nice people around here and families having parties with their kids. SIDE NOTE. The pizza tastes even better on day two!! Enjoy
