But I don 't regret a bit that I spent my salary for two days (or three) to try it. It 's magical. This is a flavor fair. It 's worth a try. Someone went to great lengths to create this magic. Impeccable welcome and service from start to finish. Meals on the terrace with an incredible panorama of the vineyards, the mountains and Lake Geneva. A superb moment with a delicious meal.
A great view, but mega unfriendly staff, well below average quality of food and super expensive menu! It is pity as they could turn such place to a marvellous spot with a better management, a bit of smile on face and reasonable prices.
We visited the restaurant for lunch. The view is absolutely beautiful. We ordered the fish dish called Perches du Léman and it was really delicius. The service was formal, professional and very good. The restaurant gave us a desert for a compliement, too.
One word: magnificent! Magnificent as the view from the restaurant. Everything is absolutely delicious and very, very well cooked: the products (local and seasonal) are sublime, which is really what you expect from a restaurant of this style. We feasted on perch fillets accompanied by slightly lemony cauliflower tops and absolutely excellent! The same goes for guinea fowl, its delicious juice and cardoons with truffles. We were full when the dessert arrived, which we ordered out of pure indulgence and, once again, our taste buds were delighted by a revisited apple tart Tatin style where the apple in candied strips, the crispy lace crepe, touches of cream and the salted butter caramel ice cream combined to form a divinely good mixture. Bravo bravo bravo to the chef and his team in the kitchen and in the dining room!
