Birch Barley - Pullman

My second visit to this location. Both times have been fantastic. The service was amazing my cup never went dry. The food was well prepared a very tasty.

I came in for a drink here last week and decided I had to come back. Lots of great food and drink options and many items are available gluten-free. Wonderful service. There are lots of beers on tap and a great whiskey selection. Sampler flights are available. I sat in the bar, but the restaurant was quiter, casual, family-friendly.

This place is amazing. I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese with Cougar Cheese. So many great flavors it was a taste sensation like I've never experienced. The service was extremely good and fun. The waiter caught me singing to the overhead music as it was a great song and he started singing into a fake microphone. So funny. The price was also very reasonable. I live 3 hours away and I am considering going back again soon just because it was so amazing and I'd like to try some of the other things on the menu.

The food was phenomenal, catfish Po-boy in the PNW? Yep, spicy and delectable, Cougar Gold Lobster Mac, seriously so delicious. Soup of the day, tortilla was one of the best I've had! Winter 75 cocktail fun, fancy and good. Pretty place anticipate some stairs but some seating main floor. Good parking. Waiter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Strongly recommend!
