Insomnia Cookies - Pullman

Ordered cookies/brownie to be sent to my daughter at work for her birthday on the 4th of July across the country. The brownie didn’t show up which was the whole point. I called and they said they’d refund the for the brownie. They never have and now they can’t find my name in the system. Their customer service voicemail is continually full

I work at a school where we received a delivery from a gentleman in full SWAT gear. This is not appropriate dress for people making food deliveries in general, but specifically to schools.

I'm sorry I don't recall the name of the young woman who took my order by phone this afternoon but she was super polite and helpful. Then someone delivered some ice cream and cookies to our daughter who lives near WSU and right on time.

Food is always ready on time. Staff is so nice. The cookies are to die for.. seriously they beat out any and all competition.

Fire cookies, Good icing. Open late. Easy middle of the night snack. I would go here again.
