This is an excellent experience because people are very friendly. I had a wonderful experience with Jose Cappuccino from the popcorn stand in the village. He was very excited to teach us and present us a beautiful experience in the Dominican night. Recommend this place for your children. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is so much to do.

The grounds and the rooms were amazing! Our 4 and 5 year old children loved everything they had to offer. From the character breakfast and the water park and the events they did at night... it was nonstop fun and excitement! We also thought it was a nice note that they had candy at night popcorn and cotton. Jobe Cappuccino was great. Would definitely recommend!

The Jazmin bar staff was wonderful Jose M, Francisco and Maritza (best part of my everyday) My 9year old was very entertained by Jose Cappuccino with the entertainment staff at the beach. Overall staff was very nice and professional. The restaurants 3.5/5. The Wild Tiger excursion was a great experience. room service was the worst thing. Every meal 1 star. That’s being nice. We tried it 3 times out of a 7 day trip.

What can say about one of my and my kids favorite place. We been there 2 times last year and in September and it was great. The club nick is awesome my kids love the slime and spending time drawing at the club. My kids favorite person there is Francisco at the main pool bar we got there in September and my oldest son ask for him right away. Jonathan the butler very attentive. My room 1111 was great always clean and the fridge full with everything you need.

The resort is so beautiful and the employees are wonderful. The food at all the restaurants is fantastic. My family of 11 had such a fantastic time and we made great memories. Jose Cappucino was a great dance teacher by the pool and we enjoyed the lessons. The kids had fun at the kids club and playing beach games. The shows were a lot of fun, too. If you have a family with children 12 and under, this resort is an excellent choice.
