The Level At Meliá Punta Cana Beach Adults Only

This resort is beautiful and amazing I would definitely stay again! Pros: Very safe (I traveled alone and felt very comfortable), staff was amazing, professional and nice, I don't speak Spanish and never really had any communication problems. Also cool activities and amenities. Not really Cons, but not pros: The food was simple, but still good. The resort is huge, so not easily walkable they have pick up trains / cars (but they are not so common at night)

My husband and I went to Melia to get away before our baby is born and we loved it! Alejandro took such great care of us, he was so attentive and met all our needs. Anything we needed or wanted, didn’t matter what time it was he would handle. I definitely recommend! All the staff was so caring and nice, the service was always excellent, we never had to leave the resort. We felt so comfortable and felt at home. We will definitely be returning!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at The Level. We had the wellness package which included daily massages, prime location near the beach, and exclusive access to certain resort facilities. The food was excellent; the staff is incredibly kind and helpful; and to top it off, our concierge, Alejandro, made sure that we always had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was dinner reservations, booking spa appointments, or sending a bottle of wine and chocolate to our room at the end of each day, Alejandro made sure we didn’t want for anything. We would highly recommend The Level for anyone searching for a destination in Punta Cana we’ll definitely be back!

We came to Meliá for our honeymoon and the experience has been unmatched! Juan and Jose were incredible in planning out every piece of our week with us, setting up meal reservations, rides and answering every question we had during our entire stay. Gustavo and Moses provided a very nice dining experience on my birthday and surprised us with a birthday cake and song! It was such a pleasant surprise! Everyone we came into contact with on the property was super friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Meliá and it's wonderful staff/restaurants/overall property.

This was the best and most relaxing vacation I have ever had. After a mix up with the level reservations and a couple hours of waiting I was finally able to start and enjoy my vacation. Luis Pierre took very good care of me as my butler for my stay. From making reservations for dinner to getting me a bike so I could ride around the resort. Very attentive. I love spending my vacations here.
