Chung San Bistro - Puntarenas

I think this is the best Asian food I had in Costa Rica and definitely the best food I had in Puntarenas. I had the Maifan salzado con hongos shiitake. I think it usually comes with beef, but I don't eat animals to add extra vegetables. Maifan is a rice noodle, which I know as a glass noodle, the super thin noodles. It was DELICIOUS! They also have a few menu options with TOFU as a protein, but the day I was there, they were fresh from Tofu. Every time I have to go to the port city in the future, I'll eat here! Thank you.
